How can we create dance pedagogy offers that promote intercultural awareness, personal development, and community-building?
During a six-week creative phase, employees from all partner organizations will meet in Portugal to jointly develop new methods regarding dance and live music.
Under the artistic direction of the internationally renowned music arranger Leitieres Leite from Brazil, various teaching and learning activities, workshops, and interactive concerts will take place with multiple ways to participate on a theoretical or practical level…
During the two-week short-term staff mobility in Germany the partner organizations will get insight into the local work of the project coordinator Tanz der Kulturen e.V. and serves to implement the previously developed methodological approaches.
During this activity, the focus will shift from the societal perspective towards the individual, exploring everyone’s unique contribution towards a sucessful group building.
Like previously in Germany, the staff training in France is intended to provide direct insights into the local activities of the host organization and to implement and further develop methodological approaches jointly.
Shifting perspektive, this activity focuses on the intercultural dimension of the project concerning the cultural diversity within the partner and general European-African relations within the context of dance.
During the last activity, the core team will gather together in Croatia to reflect on the two years of cocreation, focusing on the sustainability of the project. Key questions will target the long-term dissemination of the projects as well as further cooperation.
